Timo Werner to leave Leipzig in the winter

Werner was expected to leave the "bulls" in the summer, because there was serious interest in him from the USA, but he refused to leave.

In the summer, Timo Werner returned to Leipzig after a loan spell at Tottenham, where he did not perform at a high level. The striker has also played for Stuttgart and Chelsea.
