Former CSKA and Botev Plovdiv coach Dushan Kerkez now has a new team. The Bosnian specialist is heading the Greek Atromitos, with his contract for a year and a half, BTA reported.
Kerkez started the season at the helm of the "army", but due to a series of poor results he was replaced by Hristo Yanev. Previously, he led the Botev Plovdiv team, with which he won the Bulgarian Cup in the 2024/25 season.
„I want to thank Atromitos for the opportunity it gives me to work for the first time in Greece. "I look forward to getting started and bringing Atromitos to where it deserves to be, based on the work it does and the people who work for it," Kerkez said.
