The captain of the national volleyball team Alex Grozdanov is first in blocks in the regular season in the Polish Plus League.
The center of the champion Bogdanka LUK (Lublin) finished with 69 direct points from blocks. Behind him are Lukasz Usowicz from Jastrzembski Wengel with 65, and third - the SKRA (Belchatow) competitor Bartosz Lemanski with 61.
Meanwhile, Grozdanov and his team suffered a defeat to Proyekt (Warsaw) with 1:3 games in the first 1/4-final of the Champions Group.
The rematch is on April 1, with Bogdanka needing a 3:0 or 3:1 victory to reach a "golden" game.
