The number 1 seed Isabella Shinnikova and Iva Ivanova were eliminated in the doubles semifinals of the hard court tennis tournament in Sharm el Sheikh (Egypt) with a prize pool of 15 thousand dollars.
In a dispute for a place in the final, the Bulgarians lost to Americans Ava Hrastar and Victoria Mulville 3:6, 3:6 in 70 minutes on the court.
Previously, in singles, the second seed Shinnikova ended her participation in the quarterfinals after losing to number 7 Victoria Milovanova (Russia) 5:7, 1:6 in an hour and 48 minutes.
