CSKA 1948 achieved a valuable 2:1 victory as a guest of Ludogorets in a match from the first four of the efbet League. Brian Sobrero and Mamadou Diallo scored for the “Reds“, while Eric Marcus scored for the hosts. After the success, the team from Bistrica collected 62 points and overtook the Razgrad team, who remain with 60.
The guests took the lead in the 8th minute, when Borislav Tsonev brought out Sobrero, and the Argentine finished with a powerful shot from the edge of the penalty area, leaving no chance for Hendrik Bonman.
Ludogorets restored parity in the 18th minute through Marcus, who scored after an independent breakthrough. However, the joy of the hosts was short-lived – in the 26th minute CSKA 1948 took the lead again. After a cross by Dragan Grivic, Elias Franco passed to Diallo, who scored from close range for 2:1.
Before the break, Ludogorets missed several good opportunities, and Marcus' goal was disallowed for offside. After the break, Franco missed an excellent chance alone against Bonman, and a little later Tsonev hit the post. The hosts also had claims for a penalty for a handball by Olivier Verdon Dvali.
In the 69th minute, Pedro Naresi also hit the post, but no new goal was scored and CSKA 1948 held on to their lead until the end to celebrate their important success.
