Levski is just one step away from ending its 17-year championship drought. The “Blues“ welcome CSKA 1948 in the second round of the efbet League playoffs, and a success tonight will guarantee them the title for the first time since 2009. The match starts at 19:00 at the “Georgi Asparuhov“ Stadium and will be broadcast on DIEMA SPORT, reports Gong.bg.

The team from “Gerena“ leads the standings with 73 points and has a serious lead over the “Reds“, who are 11 points behind. With a win today, Julio Velasquez's team will secure an unassailable lead at the top.

Levski enters the match in excellent spirits after their 3-1 victory over CSKA Sofia in the previous round. In addition, the "blues" are still unbeaten at home this season and have turned "Gerena" into a real fortress.

For their part, CSKA 1948 arrives after a series of three consecutive victories, the last of which was an impressive 2-1 victory against Ludogorets Razgrad in Razgrad. The guests are motivated to maintain second place and postpone their rival's championship celebrations.

For the hosts, Stipe Vulikic remains out of the game, as he is injured until the end of the season. Juan Perea will also be unavailable due to minor physical problems, while Mustafa Sangare returns to the group. CSKA 1948 will be missing Egor Parkhomenko and Ioan Manyan.

The main referee of the match will be Kristiyan Kolev.
