Georgia and Romania drew 1:1 in a friendly football match. The match was held at the “Miheil Meskhi“ stadium in Tbilisi.
The hosts opened the scoring in the 46th minute through Giorgi Kvilitaia. The visitors equalized nine minutes later with a precise shot by Louis Munteanu.
On June 6, Romania will play a friendly match against Wales. Georgia faces Bahrain the day before.
Romania and Georgia failed to qualify for the World Cup.
