Spartak (Vn) defeated Botev (Pd) in Varna

Spartak 1918 Varna won over Botev (Pd) 2:1 as a home team in a match from the 35th round of the Bulgarian football championship (ranking from fifth to eighth place). With their success, the “falcons” collect 51 points in their assets and with a round before the end of the championship they are in seventh place. Botev Plovdiv remains with 56 points and will finish sixth. In the group, CSKA-Sofia is in fifth place, and the Beroe team finishes eighth, BTA reports.

The first opportunity in the match was for the guests in the second minute, when Vini Tribule shot dangerously, but the home team's goalkeeper Maxim Kovalev managed to clear the ball. In the 5th minute, Spartak 1918 Varna opened the scoring. Bernardo Couto was brought into a good position on the left, overcame a Plovdiv player and scored with a technical shot for 1:0.

In the 24th minute, Bernardo Couto brought Shande into a good position, who shot, the ball ricocheted off Jonas Tam's body and entered Botev's goal for 2:0.

In the 57th minute, Spartak 1918 Varna was close to another goal. Alexander Tsvetkov broke into the visitors' penalty area from the left and shot diagonally from a small angle, but
goalkeeper Matvey Igonen managed to clear the ball.

In the 86th minute, the visitors managed to score a goal. Alexa Marash found Ehdze Ukaki (left) in the home team's penalty area, who shot and after a ricochet the ball entered Spartak 1918 Varna's goal for the final 2:1.
