Levski honored the 111th anniversary of the club's founding. The event took place this morning, in which representatives of the club's management, in the person of Nasko Sirakov and Daniel Borimirov, did not participate.

Footballers and coaching staff laid flowers at the Mogilka in the garden in front of the 22nd high school in Sofia. Later that day, head coach Julio Velasquez, as well as three players – Marin Petkov, Georgi Kostadinov and Svetoslav Vutsov, will have a meeting with fans in the club shop.

The club's digital museum is open for free visit, as is the physical one in Sector “A“ of „Georgi Asparuhov“.

„Dear Levski fans,

Today we celebrate 111 years since the establishment of the most beloved and popular Bulgarian football club – „Levski“. Founded by a group of young idealists on the bright national holiday – May 24, our club carries in its name the memory of the Apostle, and in its heart the strength of generations that never stop believing.

On this date we bow our heads before those who built the legend – football players, coaches, managers and Levski fans, who turned „Levski“ into a symbol of dignity and intransigence.

Today is also a day to bow to the greatest strength of the club – the audience. The „Blue“ A community that has stood firm in every time, against every power and in every crisis. It has remained faithful when others gave up.

Happy holiday, Levski fans! Levski is eternal!“, wrote the Levski management.
