Thomas Frank's first match as Tottenham manager will be at home to newcomers Burnley the following day, while Sunderland's return to the top flight also begins at home on August 16 against West Ham United.
The third Premier League newcomers, Leeds United, kick off the season with a clash with Everton at "Eland Road".
The first-round derby is at "Old Trafford", where Manchester United host runners-up Arsenal.
