Real Madrid striker Vinicius Junior has extended his contract with the club, according to Marca journalist Jose Felix Diaz. This will be officially announced after the end of the Club World Cup, BTA reported.
The 24-year-old Brazilian has removed his Real Madrid affiliation from his social media profile due to possible criticism after the 1-1 draw with Al-Hilal.
Vinicius has been playing for Real Madrid since 2018. Last season, he made 53 appearances for the Madrid club, scoring 21 goals and making 18 assists. In total, he has 317 appearances for the Spanish giants, 105 goals and 82 assists.
