Wade Baldwin scored 24 for the winners, and Nigel Hayes added another 15.
For the other Istanbul giant - Besiktas, guard Jonah Matthews scored 26, but even they were not enough for ultimate success.
This is the 12th title for Fenerbahce in the club history of the team, which is currently led by the legend Sarunas Jasikevicius.
