Botev Plovdiv signed a Brazilian central defender

Gabriel Noga is the 12th signing in the summer selection of Botev (Plovdiv), the club announced, quoted by the Bulgarian National Radio.

The 23-year-old Brazilian defender has signed a contract with the “yellow-black“.

The central defender was last part of the Portuguese Leixoes, and in his career he has also played for Flamengo, Oliveirense and Atletico Goianiense.

“I am ready for the new challenge. I am happy and eager to be on the pitch with the Botev shirt," Noga told the club website of the "Canaries".

Last night, Botev defeated Maritsa 1:0 in a friendly match played at the "Nikola Shterev - Starika" Football Complex.
The only goal was scored by Samuil Tsonov with a header midway through the second half.
