Sebastien Ogier with Toyota topped the standings of Rally Paraguay after the second day. The race is the tenth round of the season in the World Rally Championship (WRC), reports BTA. Ogier was fourth after the first day after a flat tire, but managed to catch up and take a lead of 10.3 seconds over second-placed Adrien Fourmeaux with Hyundai.

Ogier's teammate, Kalle Rovanperä, led after Saturday's high-speed stages, but a flat tire on the penultimate stage of the day dropped the Finn to sixth place.

Eight-time world champion Ogier won four of the day's seven stages, while Rovanperä won three of them. "Of course it's a shame to see your team-mate have a flat tyre and that's not the way you want to lead, but it seems like everyone had some problems", commented Ogier.

Welsh Elphin Evans is third, 36.6 seconds behind Ogier, while Hyundai's Ott Tanak is fourth and just 2.5 seconds behind Evans after a flat left-rear tyre on the longest stage. Evans leads the overall standings by three points from Rowanperja, with Ogier 10 points behind him after nine of the 14 rounds of the championship.
