Free Antennas and Routers for New Starlink Subscribers

12-Month Plan Required

SpaceX is offering 12-month Starlink plans in several countries that include a free satellite dish and router, which typically cost $349. Users get 30 days to test the connection quality - if it's not satisfactory, they can return the kit for a full refund.

Special terms of service apply after the trial period. If you change your address or cancel the service, you will have to pay a penalty based on the cost of the equipment, prorated for the remaining period. In some areas where demand for Starlink satellite internet service is particularly high, a one-time fee of around $100 may be required.

The new tariff plan may be beneficial to some subscribers, as it seems to the provider itself, according to its calculations, attracting new customers by reducing the initial fee can compensate for the equipment losses.

The 12-month payment plan was quietly introduced in several countries over the past month and is already available in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, as well as in most European countries. In Croatia, the offer is valid only for the smaller and slower Starlink Mini kit.
