The British foreign intelligence service MI6 has launched a portal on the darknet to recruit agents, including in Russia, the BBC reported.
The platform, called “Silent Courier“, is officially designed to “guarantee national security by facilitating recruitment in the intelligence community“.
The head of MI6, Richard Moore, is expected to officially announce the new portal on September 19 during a speech in Istanbul.
