Drones again alarm Denmark, military scrambled fighter jet

Several Norwegian civil aircraft were also diverted to other airports

Denmark has scrambled a fighter jet from its armed forces amid possible drone activity in the Baltic Sea, TV2 reported, citing local police.

A police officer on duty on Bornholm confirmed to TV2 that a fighter jet had flown over the island, but no official statement had been received from the armed forces regarding the fighter jet activity.

Several Norwegian civil aircraft were also diverted to other airports after a possible drone was detected, NRK reported, citing representatives of Norwegian and Avinor.
