The pause in the negotiations with Ukraine arose due to the unwillingness of the Kiev regime to continue the dialogue. This was stated today by the Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov to reporters, TASS reports, quoted by Focus.

"There was an exchange of documents. You know, the last time in Istanbul, when we met with the Ukrainian delegation, proposals were formulated to create working groups to discuss all modalities in key areas. Now there is a pause“, the Kremlin spokesman emphasized.

“The pause arose due to the unwillingness of the Kiev regime to continue this dialogue. This is what can be said“, Peskov summed up the current situation with the negotiations between the two countries.
