The maneuvers will take place in the desert in the western Indian state of Rajasthan, near the city of Bikaner. About 250 Russian servicemen will participate in them.

The Russian Embassy emphasized that the joint exercises confirm the nature of the particularly privileged strategic partnership between Moscow and Delhi.
