Winter has arrived in Albania, writes the Albanian news portal "Schiptarja", reporting that the first snow in the country fell in Kukes, in the mountainous parts of northeastern Albania, BTA reported.
The media published snow footage from the village of Shishtevets in the Kukeska Gora region, while also informing that there are no problems with the movement of vehicles in the mountainous region.
According to information from the "Lyapsi" portal, snow has covered, in addition to Shishtevets, the villages of Zapod, Topoyan, Gruk-Chaya, Aren and Kalis in Kukesko.
Albanian authorities urge drivers to be careful due to possible ice on the roads.
