Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia "has suddenly lost interest in diplomacy" due to the postponement of the US administration's decision on "Tomahawk" missiles for Ukraine, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
"Russia is again doing everything possible to give up on diplomacy," he said.
