The Israel Defense Forces carried out airstrikes in the eastern Bekaa Valley in Lebanon, the "Times of Israel" reported.

They specified that the target was a "Hezbollah" training camp where operatives were gathered, as well as a site for the production of precision missiles, among other targets.

The army claims that the training camp was used by "Hezbollah" to plan attacks on Israel.

The missile production site in the Bekaa Valley has been attacked by the IDF many times before.

Israel claims that it also attacked a "Hezbollah" military site in Northern Lebanon.

"The storage of weapons, the presence of a terrorist infrastructure, and the conduct of military training against the State of Israel by "Hezbollah" terrorists constitute a blatant violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon and a threat to the State of Israel," the army said.
