The Turkish defense industry has successfully tested a ballistic missile, announced on the "Ex" platform; Haluk Görgün, head of the Defense Industry Secretariat, BTA reported, quoted by BNR.
The test was conducted on Friday by the Turkish arms company “Roketsan”. Görgün emphasized the progress in the range and precision of the strike.
The test builds on previous stages, including the successful launch of the short-range ballistic missile system "Typhoon" in February.
The "Roketsan" announced back in July that it would begin test launches of the upgraded version of the “Typhoon Block-4“, whose hypersonic capabilities were demonstrated at the International Defense Industry Exhibition in Istanbul in late August.
