French citizens Cecile Collet and Jacques Parry, who were released from prison in Iran yesterday and are now at the French embassy in Tehran, expressed deep gratitude for the support provided to them by France, BTA reports.

“They asked me to convey a message to their families and to all those who supported them in France – without this support they would not have been able to endure“, said the French ambassador to Tehran, Pierre Cochard, quoted by Agence France-Presse and public radio France Inter.
