Biden to Trump: You're a disgrace to America, Mr. President! I'm angry

According to the former head of state, his successor is destroying the Constitution, the rule of law and democracy

Former US President Joe Biden accused current US leader Donald Trump of dishonoring the country.

“I want you to understand, Mr. President, you work for us, we don't work for you. You work for us, not just for billionaires and millionaires. I'm angry. This is a democracy, there are no kings in a democracy, and his actions are a disgrace to us as a country,“ Biden said during a speech at a Democratic Party event in Omaha, Nebraska, on November 7.

The former US president compared the recent demolition of the East Wing of the White House to Trump's approach to the entire country. “Did you see what he did to the East Wing of the White House? "It's a great symbol of his presidency," Trump's predecessor said. He believes Trump is doing the same with "the Constitution, the rule of law and democracy."

Biden was president of the United States from 2021 to 2025. He initially planned to run for re-election, but after a disastrous performance in a debate with Trump, he withdrew from the race. Kamala Harris, his successor for president, lost the November 2025 election to Trump.

In May, Biden's office announced that the former president had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. In September, he underwent surgery to remove malignant skin lesions. In October, CBS News reported that Biden had completed a course of radiation therapy for prostate cancer.
