The possibility of another meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his American counterpart Donald Trump is on the agenda, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said in an interview published today for the magazine "Mezhdunarodnaya Zhizn", quoted by Reuters, BTA reports.

"I would not rule out anything. The issue of establishing another contact between the leaders is on the agenda. "We see that the search for a way forward continues," the senior diplomat said when asked whether a new Russian-American summit could be expected in the short or medium term, TASS notes.

On October 16, after a telephone conversation with Putin, Trump announced that the two had agreed to meet soon in the Hungarian capital. The meeting was subsequently postponed. Moscow and Washington said that it would take place when the right conditions were in place.
