Senator Lindsey Graham: Lasting peace for Ukraine must ensure that Putin does not launch another invasion in the future

"Congress should also have the opportunity to review a plan that includes future security guarantees — just as we have the opportunity to review any nuclear agreement with Iran. Lasting peace in Ukraine must ensure that Russia does not launch another invasion in the future. Congressional review will allow us to achieve this goal," he wrote.

Earlier, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that they have made progress in negotiations on the peace plan.
