The attack on the infrastructure of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) in Novorossiysk proves that a terrorist cell has formed in Europe, and the whole world understands this. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told reporters.

The point is that a real international terrorist cell has formed in Central Europe, using colossal sums of money, massive arms supplies and political support from Western countries. We have been talking about this for many years.“ „That is why this special military operation was launched, which has specific goals and objectives – deterrence of security threats“, she said.

“Yes, we are talking about our country, but now everyone understands that this international terrorist, neo-Nazi cell threatens global security“, Zakharova added. “The weapons that the West supplies there are spreading all over the world. Just a few days ago you saw how trucks carrying weapons were smashed in Moldova. Now there is another terrorist attack on the civilian energy network.“

The diplomat stressed that the Russian side will inform all international forums about this terrorist attack. “But the international community must understand that just as another abscess related to the international corruption machinations of the Kiev regime has just been ruptured, this terrorist chain has also covered civilian energy infrastructure and even civilian facilities targeting the Kiev regime“, she added. “How many more examples are needed for the international community to see what a monster the West has, so to speak, bred.“

On November 29, one of the berths at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium's marine terminal near Novorossiysk was attacked by drones and suffered significant damage. According to the CPC press service, its further operation is impossible.
