Vladimir Putin said that during the informal meeting the heads of state had the opportunity to discuss work within the framework of the CSTO and the CIS, as well as bilateral issues.

„I am very pleased with the opportunity to meet with you individually and discuss the issues that both you and I consider to be priorities for the development of bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and Russia. In general, the situation is developing positively in almost all areas. "We don't have a single controversial or complex issue," the Russian president said.
