The United States Ambassador to the UN said that it is not clear whether Ukraine attacked the presidential residence in Russia's Novgorod region, NOVA reported.
After Russia accused Ukraine of the attack, US President Donald Trump said that he did not like it and was very angry, and the Kremlin threatened to change its position on the peace talks.
According to Ambassador Matthew Whitaker, however, so far there have only been allegations from Russia. Kiev has rejected the Russian version. Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiha said that two days after the accusations, everyone is still waiting for some evidence from Russia.
