US President Donald Trump expressed confidence that God is proud of the work he has done in the first year of his second term.
„I think God is very proud of the work I have done“, the head of state said at a press conference at the White House. „And that includes religion. You know, we protect a lot of people who are being killed: Christians, Jews. I protect a lot of people that no other president would protect“, the American leader said.
„I think a lot of people are very proud of the work we have done. It was one of the greatest years. "Even some people who don't like me personally say it's been an incredible year," Trump added.
He said he had no idea how his participation in the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, would go.
“It's going to be an interesting trip. I have no idea what's going to happen. But you're going to have a good representative there“, the head of the US administration said.
“I believe it's going to be a very successful trip“, Trump added.
