US President Donald Trump said he has no idea how his participation in the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, will go.

“It's going to be an interesting trip. I have no idea what's going to happen. But you're going to have a good representative there“, the head of the US administration told reporters before leaving for Europe.

“I believe it's going to be a very successful trip“, Trump added.

He hinted that he might be able to resolve his differences with Europe.

During an interview with NewsNation, Trump was reminded that Europe is preparing tough trade measures against the US in connection with Washington's intention to seize control of Greenland. "We can probably get something done, maybe even in the next few days in Davos," Trump replied.

He suggested that Europe "doesn't know what a trade bazooka is" and warned that any measures taken by Europe "will backfire."
