Vice President of the United States of America J.D. Vance criticized European countries, stating that they "have absolutely embarked on the path of civilizational suicide", writes Focus.
In an interview with Newsmax, Vance explained that criticism of the administration of US President Donald Trump towards Europe stems from the desire to strengthen the European continent politically, economically and militarily.
"We share a common civilizational heritage. You can't push your economy off a cliff. Why do we care about NATO? Because we want Europe to be able to defend itself if, God forbid, it is attacked. In fact, we love Europe", Vance said.
