Five young people died in Russia after a fire broke out in a sauna, the Ministry of Emergency Situations announced, BTA reported.
According to the ministry, the incident occurred in the city of Prokopyevsk, in the Kemerovo region in Siberia, in a private sauna. The fire covered an area of 70 square meters.
In Russia, violations of basic safety rules repeatedly lead to serious fires with fatal consequences, the agency notes.
