Men make up 50.02 percent, and women - 49.98 percent of the population. According to the data, men are 26,700 more than women.
The statistics also report an increase in foreigners who have settled in Turkey. In 2025, they were 38,968 more people and now make up 1.5 million people of the population. Among foreigners living in Turkey, there are fewer men than women - the ratio is 49.3 percent compared to 50.7 percent.
The data shows that 67.5 percent live in the busiest cities. 15.8 percent of the population lives in quieter cities, and 16.8 percent have chosen to live in villages or in nature.
