The world's richest man Elon Musk has criticised the British government, saying the UK has "become (English writer George) Orwell's worst nightmare".
In a series of posts on the social network X, the billionaire sharply criticised the UK Ministry of Justice for deleting the archive of Courtdesk, a platform that gives the media access to the data of magistrates.
Musk, whose net worth is currently estimated at $849.2 billion, called for transparency in court documents and called their deletion "the actions of a tyrant".
The rift between the UK and the US billionaire deepened last month when British regulator Ofcom launched an investigation into X's AI-powered image editing service.
