Speakers and participants in the Munich Security Conference were forced to enter the forum more than 10 minutes late, forced to wait behind police cordons until Volodymyr Zelensky's motorcade passed, a RIA Novosti correspondent reports.
The control measures at the pedestrian checkpoint during the Munich Security Conference included two rows of metal barriers and a human cordon of police officers, whose task was to prevent anyone without a participant badge from entering the checkpoint.

At the signal the police set up a third row of metal barriers and did not even allow conference participants to enter the checkpoint. Within a minute, two dozen people had gathered at the entrance, more than half of whom were trying to enter the grounds.

“We are waiting for... Zelensky“, a Polish conference participant wearing a blue speaker badge said angrily over the phone.

The wait outside lasted more than 10 minutes. After the motorcade reached the Bayerischer Hof hotel, police removed the additional barriers, allowing the crowd of participants to enter the area. About a dozen more people appeared from the opposite side and also failed to leave the forum as Zelensky's motorcade passed.
