Iran will strike American military bases in the region in case of attack by the United States.
This was announced on CBS by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic, Abbas Araghchi, Gazeta reports.
"If the United States attacks us, then we have the full right to defend ourselves. Our missiles cannot hit American soil, so obviously we have to do something different," he explained.
Araghchi stressed that the solution regarding the Iranian atom is achievable.
Several media outlets have already announced that an attack by the United States in the coming days is possible.
