The ultimatums of Hungary and Slovakia should be directed solely at the Kremlin, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Szybiga said today, quoted by Reuters, BTA reports.

His statement is in the context of Budapest's intention to block EU sanctions against Moscow and a 90 billion euro loan for Kiev due to the halted flow of fuel through the "Druzhba" oil pipeline - according to the Hungarian side "it is Ukraine's fault".

"These two countries cannot hold the entire European Union hostage. "We call on them to engage in constructive cooperation and responsible behavior," Sibiga wrote on the social platform "Ex".
