Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost approximately 1,375 servicemen in the Northern Military District (SVO) in the past 24 hours, according to a report by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost over 200 servicemen in the area of responsibility of the group of troops “North“, over 180 in the group “West“, up to 200 in the group “South“, over 335 in the group “Center“, approximately 400 in the group “East“ and up to 60 in the “Dnepr“ group.
Over the past 24 hours, Russian air defense systems have shot down 200 drones and three guided bombs belonging to the Ukrainian armed forces, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
“Air defense systems have shot down three guided bombs and 200 drones“, the ministry reported.
Russian troops destroyed a Ukrainian Air Force Mi-8 helicopter, struck transport infrastructure facilities used by the Ukrainian armed forces, and also struck temporary points for the deployment of the Ukrainian armed forces and foreign mercenaries.
“Operational-tactical aviation, strike drones, missile troops and artillery of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed a Mi-8 helicopter of the Ukrainian Air Force, damaged transport infrastructure facilities used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and also hit temporary points of deployment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and foreign mercenaries in 149 districts“, the ministry reported.
In response to attacks from Ukraine, Russian servicemen carried out a massive strike at night against objects of the military-industrial complex and energy facilities used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
„This night, in response to terrorist attacks by Ukraine against civilian targets in Russia, the Russian Armed Forces carried out a massive strike using high-precision long-range weapons from land, air and sea, as well as strike drones, against objects of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, energy infrastructure facilities used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and military airfields. The objectives of the strike were achieved. "All designated targets were hit," the Defense Ministry said.
