They were closed on Saturday morning until further notice

Dubai International Airport (DBX) and Al Maktoum International Airport have partially resumed operations, according to a statement published in X.

Earlier on Saturday morning, an air defense system was activated in the skies above Dubai Airport.

Some of them landed temporarily at the nearest safe airport, also near the emirate.
