Russian President Vladimir Putin has called on the government to make "balanced decisions" regarding the use of additional budget revenues from energy exports, generated by the growth of prices on world markets, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
"Regarding the federal budget, it is necessary to make balanced decisions regarding cyclical revenues to ensure the long-term stability of the country's main financial document," Putin said during a meeting with representatives of economic departments.
