Russia attacked the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, with "Shahed" drones with jet engines last night, Ukrinform reported, citing a Telegram post by Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, BTA reported.
The strike caused a fire in the city. According to Vilkul, a 22-year-old man was injured in the attack.
„The enemy attacked the city's infrastructure with "Shahed" drones with jet engines. "Emergency and rescue operations have begun and efforts are being made to extinguish the fires," the statement said.
Ukrinform reported earlier that Russian forces had struck infrastructure facilities in Kryvyi Rih, the hometown of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
