According to the agency, the US has agreed to unfreeze Iran's frozen assets and said it has sent a team to Islamabad for financial negotiations to ensure that the two sides reach a common understanding on the issue.
At the same time, Iran conveyed its position on the negotiations with the US to the Pakistani prime minister.
During a meeting with Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, the Iranian delegation explained Tehran's position on the negotiations with the US, state television (IRIB) reported.
According to state television, Iran's red lines include control of the Strait of Hormuz, reparations payments, unfreezing of Iranian assets and a regional ceasefire.
