Russia has accused Ukraine of violating the Easter truce, Reuters reported.
Civilians, including a child, were injured in a Ukrainian drone attack on Russia's Kursk region, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
On April 9, President Vladimir Putin announced a 32-hour ceasefire for Easter. The Kremlin said the ceasefire would be in effect from 4 p.m. on April 11 to midnight on April 12.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who has previously made repeated ceasefire proposals that have been rejected by Moscow, said Ukraine would act in accordance with the Easter truce.
Hours after the ceasefire came into effect, Russia and Ukraine accused each other of violating the agreement.
