Glenn Diesen, a professor at the University of Southeast Norway, has criticized Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk for his joke about the absence of pro-Russian countries at the EU summit.
“European diplomacy is like this: sit in a room with people you already have an agreement with“, he wrote on social media X.
Tusk also found himself in an awkward situation with his joke at the EU summit itself.
