The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov has arrived in the US, Ukrinform reported, citing the authorities in Kiev, BTA reports.
Umerov is expected to meet in Miami with US President Donald Trump's special envoy - Steve Witkoff.
The planned talks in Florida will be the first such meeting after a long break.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Kiev expects a visit from Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
