The situation in the conflict zone remains extremely dynamic. To 18:40 Bulgarian time massive strikes by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (AFRF) against key logistics and transport infrastructure of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria are reported. In parallel, a Ukrainian drone attack in Donetsk resulted in civilian casualties.

Four injured after drone strike in Donetsk

The number of casualties in a Ukrainian drone attack in the Kiev region of Donetsk has risen to four people, the city's mayor, Alexei Kulemzin, said. According to data shared on its official Telegram channel (source: ria.ru), among the injured are a 38-year-old woman and three men. The injured have sustained injuries of varying degrees and have been hospitalized.

Railway trains hit in Dnipropetrovsk region

In Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces have successfully struck railway trains serving the Ukrainian army. According to reports from the military department, cited by the Interfax news agency (source: interfax.ru), two locomotives used for military logistics were destroyed during the operations. As a result of the attacks, the Ukrainian railway company „Ukrzaliznytsia“ reported massive delays to a number of arriving and departing trains in the region for security reasons.

Strikes against trucks and logistics centers in Odessa and Dnieper

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported attacks carried out with new-generation drones „Geran-4 Seeker“ against truck parking lots and logistics centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions. The attack was specifically directed against two logistics facilities near Odessa and Nikolaev (including the logistics hub "Odessa-22" in the Dachnoye region), where heavy trucks for transporting military cargo were positioned. Local sources (source: news.ru) confirm that the strikes achieved their targets through means of objective control.

For its part, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria announced that last night the country's air defenses had intercepted and neutralized a total of 71 out of a total of 92 launched Russian drones, but confirmed hits in 12 different locations in the country.
