The High Court in London today allowed the founder of “Wikileaks” Julian Assange to again appeal the decision on his extradition to the United States, reported Reuters, quoted by BTA.
The court ruled that Assange could continue his appeal with a full hearing unless the US provided “satisfactory assurances” on the issues of whether he can invoke the First Amendment of the country's Constitution and whether he can be sentenced to death.
