Russian troops have fully captured the village of Novomihailovka in the Donetsk region, the Russian Ministry of Defense claims, News.bg reported.
The village of Novomihailovka is a large village in the Donetsk region, located southwest of the regional center. Before the war, it had a population of about 1,500 people.
Novomihailovka is located in the so-called Novopavlov direction - to the west of Marinka, as the direction of movement of the Russians is towards Kurahovo and Ugledar, but these settlements are still far away.
The Ukrainian General Staff announced in its morning report that Ukrainian armed forces continue to deter attempts by Russian troops to advance in the Novomykhaylovka area.
